※ 个人简介：
    程发， 1951 年生，天津人， 1977年毕业于天津大学化工系,现为博士生导师。1977-1987年从事物理化学教学科研工作。1987年至今从事高分子化学教学科研工作。1995年作为项目负责人完成了“HM－1淀粉热烷胶”研究课题，1999年被评为天津大学教授，2000年作为项目负责人完成了“木材溶液转化木材为热固性材料的研究”课题，2003年完成了“木材溶液代替聚醚制备聚氨酯涂料”天津市重点基金研究课题，2004年评为天津大学博士生导师。近年来完成胜利油田管理局委托的油田材料化学品研究开发项目五项，其中三项研究成果已经产生较高的社会、经济效益。目前，正在承担天津市自然科学基金项目“以天然高分子为基体的表面活性剂合成研究”；我科研组近五年获得横向科研经费150万元。

3. 阳离子醚化剂工艺母液和洗涤剂的分析与精制。

5．以天然高分子为基体的表面活性剂合成研究
6．双基表面活性剂与聚合配伍体系提高原油采收率研究
7、催化法开采稠油新技术前期研究
8．甜味剂三氯蔗糖年产十吨工程
9．驱油用表面活性剂模型化合物的合成
10．聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系列产品在油层保护中的应用研究
